Data Protection Information according to EU GDPR

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as personal data (e.g., name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis, if possible. This data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

We use your personal data only for communication with those visitors who expressly request contact and for the processing of the services offered on this website. We do not pass on your personal data without your consent, but we cannot exclude that this data will be viewed in case of unlawful behavior.

If you send us personal data by email – outside of this website – we cannot guarantee secure transmission and protection of your data. We recommend that you never transmit confidential data unencrypted by email.

The legal basis according to Article 6, paragraph 1(a) GDPR (lawfulness of processing) is that you give us your consent to process the data you have entered. You can revoke this consent at any time – an informal email is sufficient, you will find our contact details in the imprint.

According to the provisions of the EU GDPR, you generally have the following rights:

Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR) Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17 GDPR) Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR) Right to notification - obligation to notify in connection with the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of processing (Article 19 GDPR) Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR) Right to object (Article 21 GDPR) Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Article 22 GDPR)
