The Advisory House is for the third time one of the winners of the Great Place to Work® competition "Best Employers". In addition to the award in the "Consulting" category, this year the award in the "Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" category came on top.

The award is based on an anonymous employee survey carried out by Great Place to Work®. The survey includes topics like trust in managers, team spirit, fairness, appreciation and identification with the company. In addition, as part of a culture audit, management is asked which measures and programs are being implemented to create an attractive corporate culture.

Particularly excellent employers are recognized as "Best Employers" by the Great Place to Work® organization for their extraordinary commitment to creating a trusting and conducive culture of cooperation within the company.

The Advisory House achieved an approval rate of 94% in a total of 120 evaluation criteria (compared to the benchmark of all “Best Employers” at 86%). For example, 100% of our employees say that
